Dragon Well Tea is one of the well known Chinese Tea. As the name suggested, Pre-Qingming Dragon Well is harvested before the Qing Ming Festival. It is a time when the temperature is low hence the growth and blooming of tea bud is slow and rare, hence the price is more expensive. The tea taste light and clear, with a nutty aftertaste.
First, heat the tea wares. Add in the suitable amount of tea, normally between 6 - 8g or according to personal preference. Next, use boiled water (90°C) to steep it for 12 to 20 seconds and it is ready to served.
Keep the tea in cool/room temperature and stay away from sunlight, moisture and odour.
