Delivery Policy

1. You could enjoy free shipping when you spend RM80 and above (purchasing tea & teaware related products) or RM200 and above (for seasonal gifts, ie: hampers) on regular orders. For promotional item purchase, shipping fee shall abide to the stipulated promotion package and period. 

2. All orders are shipped upon confirmed payment. Delivery will be done through Lalamove, Grab, ZTO Express, Citylink Express or our own delivery team, depending on the delivery location. 

3. Shipping to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Klang): 

    2-3 working days, not including Sat/Sun/Public Holidays

4. Shipping to Outside of Klang Valley (within West Malaysia only)

    3-4 working days, not including Sat/Sun/ Public Holidays

5. Shipping to East Malaysia and Singapore is unavailable. 

6. Deliveries will be completed within 9am - 6pm, no timed delivery is available. During festive season such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Mooncake Festival, do expect delivery to take longer to arrive due to significant surge in volumes. All orders may take up to 7 - 9 working days. We would encourage you to make your order earlier to avoid delay in shipping. 

7. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the recipient's shipping address and contact is accurate. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure there is recipient at the shipping address within the delivery window. If delivery was unaccomplished due to wrong information provided by the buyer, we shall not be held responsible and customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of RM25 to JDX via online transfer.
