Tasting tea is similar to wine tasting, it uses four basic steps, sight, smell, taste and touch. A trained tea master can tell you a lot about tea during brewing tea.
Tea leaves will have different taste due to the year, terrain, climatic conditions, etc. Tea is divided into 6 major tea categories, Black tea, green tea, Oolong Tea, yellow tea, black tea, white tea, and the production process of each kind of tea is different in flavor and taste.
